7 Days Luxury Small Group Tour
Overview
We created this 7-day small group trip for travelers who want to see Egypt at a relaxed, flexible pace.
Starting in Cairo, you'll explore the ancient pyramids at Saqqara and Dahshur, wander through the Grand Egyptian Museum, and walk through historic Old Cairo with your private guide. Then, we head south by 4x4 Jeep into Bahariya Oasis to cross the volcanic Black Desert and camp under the stars among the chalk formations of the White Desert. It’s a clean mix of iconic history, local Bedouin life, and raw desert wilderness.
Tour Plan
- Pickup: once you arrive at the airport. You will find our representative from Kemerya Tours waiting for you. to help you and take you to the hotel
- Hotel Check-in: while you arrive at the hotel. Take your welcome drink and stay back. Our representative will finish all the check-in procedures, and he will review your itinerary
- Your First Night in Egypt: Enjoy a peaceful night and get a good night’s rest. Tomorrow we will begin our adventure with one of the world's greatest wonders.
- Optional tours: There’re many optional tours if you hope; you can choose one of Kemerya's optional tours, such as
- Sound & light show at the Giza Pyramids.

- Saqqara Step Pyramid: We start the morning in Saqqara. It was designed by the architect Imhotep. And it’s the home to the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser.
- Dahshur Necropolis: We continue south to Dahshur to examine the unique architecture of Sneferu's Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid.
- Lunchtime: you’ll eat one of the most delicious Egyptian foods in Cairo, take a break, and enjoy your delicious lunch before continuing our journey.
- Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM): We spend the afternoon exploring the Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization. We will find Ramses II greeting us while we enter the Grand Egyptian Museum. We will discover thousands of the remarkable artifacts that tell the story of ancient Egypt, and it is the newest and the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization.
- Citadel of Saladin: We’ll go to the Citadel of Salahdin to visit the Mosque of Muhammad Ali and enjoy the panoramic views at one of the most iconic landmarks in Cairo.
- Sultan Hassan Mosque: Next, we visit the massive 14th-century Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, famous for its grand Mamluk architecture.
- Ibn Tulun Mosque: We finish our historic Cairo tour at the Mosque of Ibn Tulun, one of the oldest and largest surviving mosques in Egypt.
- Drive to Bahariya: After breakfast, we’ll start our adventure at Bahariya Oasis.
- Black Desert Safari: Once we arrived, we’ll switch to a 4x4 Jeep to head into the Black Desert and explore its dark volcanic mountain peaks.
- El Haize & Hot Spring: After that we’ll stop at El Haize village for a fresh local lunch, followed by a quick soak in the warm mineral spring.
- Agabat Valley: Then we’ll drive through the high sand dunes of Agabat Valley, try sandboarding down the slopes, and watch the desert sunset.
- Wild Camping: Later in the evening, we set up our sleeping spot out in the desert sands, share a hot meal cooked by our Bedouin team, and settle in under a night sky full of stars.
- Morning in the Desert: Waking up at camp means having breakfast right in the middle of the desert silence, before we head deeper into the White Desert National Park to walk among those giant, wind-sculpted chalk shapes.
- Crystal Mountain Stop: Later in the morning, we make a quick stop at Crystal Mountain to check out the raw quartz veins running right through the stone and take a breather in the sun.
- Heading to Bahariya: We’ll head back into Bahariya Oasis and check into our camp so you can relax and sit down for dinner.
- Return back to Cairo: Once we finish this wonderful adventure, our representative will drive you back to Cairo to return you back to your hotel.
- Breakfast at the hotel: Take your breakfast before checking out from the hotel.
- Airport Transfer: At the scheduled time our representative will transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight.
